Giordano Berselli

Lifelong gamer, he first started developing mobile games for fun and later professionally about 15 years ago, before being hired at Ubisoft Milan and becoming passionate about the world of AI. Over the course of his career, he had the opportunity to work on several AAA projects, including Ghost Recon Wildlands, Sackboy: A Big Adventure, and Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.

Stefano Cozzi

Stefano Cozzi is a gaming industry executive with over 20 years of experience across global and Italian organizations, including AAA companies such as Blizzard Entertainment and Riot Games. He has led community, publishing, and team operations initiatives across major international franchises including World of Warcraft, Hearthstone, Heroes of the Storm, Diablo III, StarCraft II, League of Legends, Legends of Runeterra, and Teamfight Tactics. For over nine years, he has been teaching at Università IULM, focusing on corporate culture, leadership, and team development. Today he works as a consultant for both gaming and non-gaming companies, helping improve retention strategies, talent acquisition, and organizational performance. He is also a co-founder of an upcoming video game startup.

Cristina Nava

Cristina Nava is Co-founder and COO of Day 4 Night and a veteran of the entertainment industry with over 25 years of experience across television, film, and videogames. Formerly a producer at Ubisoft, she contributed to major global franchises including Mario + Rabbids, Ghost Recon, and Star Wars Outlaws. She began her career as a writer for RAI and Disney. Cristina is also a BAFTA member and juror and a recipient of the IVGA and Women in Games lifetime achievement awards. At Day 4 Night she oversees the studio's operations and is currently working on its first original indie title, Bradley the Badger.

Gian Marco Zanna

Gian Marco Zanna is Managing Director of Day 4 Night and a veteran of the videogame industry. He began his career at Ubisoft as a QA tester on Rayman, later working with Electronic Arts, Nintendo of Europe, and Milestone before returning to Ubisoft. During his career he contributed to major franchises including Mario + Rabbids, Ghost Recon, and Assassin’s Creed. At Day 4 Night he oversees the studio’s development activities and is currently working on the team’s first original indie title, Bradley the Badger.

Luca Breda

Luca Breda is Co-founder, Design Director, and Executive Producer at Day 4 Night and a game development veteran with over 18 years of experience. During his career he has held roles ranging from Technical Design Director to Combat Director and has worked on major Ubisoft franchises including Mario + Rabbids and Raving Rabbids. At Day 4 Night he leads the studio’s design vision and is currently working on the team’s first original indie title, Bradley the Badger.

Riccardo Stucchi

Riccardo Stucchi is CTO of Day 4 Night and a technology leader with over 10 years of experience in the videogame industry. He began his career as a Gameplay Programmer on Ghost Recon Wildlands, later becoming Tech Gameplay Programming Supervisor on Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope. Before joining Day 4 Night, he worked as Associate Lead Engine Programmer on Star Wars Outlaws. At Day 4 Night he leads the studio’s programming team and shapes its long-term technology vision while working on the studio’s first original indie title, Bradley the Badger.

Tommy Thompson

Dr. Tommy Thompson is the founder and director of AI and Games'; consulting with games studios on how to utilise AI in their projects. A former AI researcher and university lecturer in game development, Tommy has become a trusted voice in the game AI community acting as a public speaker and industry advocate. His company is largely known for the successful YouTube series "AI and Games" that began in 2014, plus a weekly newsletter read by thousands of industry professionals. Having been involved in organising events on game AI for several years—including sitting on the advisory board of the Game AI Summit for the Game Developers Conference (GDC)—Tommy co-founded Game AI Events CIC in 2024. This non-profit organisation organises networking events for game AI professionals, with their flagship event, the AI and Games Conference, based in London.

Gabriel Sassone

Rendering engineer with over 16 years of professional experience in AAA studios, co-author of the book Mastering Graphics Programming with Vulkan. He has worked at studios such as The Multiplayer Group, Avalanche Studios, Ready At Dawn, Codemasters, and others. He has contributed to the rendering of games like Starfield, Just Cause 3 and 4, The Order: 1886, Rage 2, Contraband, Grid 2, Dirt Showdown, Operation Flashpoint: Red River, and more. He aims to contribute to the industry through blogs, code on GitHub, presentations, and other ongoing efforts.

Diego Ricchiuti

Diego Ricchiuti is a Creative Director with over 16 years of experience in the game industry directing projects like Star Overdrive and A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead, working for companies like Ubisoft and Techland. Diego is also an internationally published books author with Game Design Tools and The Game Business Guidebook. Currently Diego is Senior Consultant for Focus Home and other publishers, he is also the founder of Game Forensics a boutique consultancy agency for the tech world focused on user engagement and satisfaction.
